ONTARIO - OINP

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the province’s economic immigration program. It works in partnership with the Government of Canada through Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

To qualify under Ontario’s Express Entry streams, you must have received a notification of interest from Ontario and have an up-to-date profile with your most current work experience, language tests, and education in the federal government’s Express Entry system.
 

• French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream: for French-Speaking skilled workers with the required work experience, education and language proficiency in French and English

• Human Capital Priorities stream: for skilled workers with the required work experience, education and language proficiency in French or English

OINP works with Valid Express Entry Profile.  It selects Candidates from Express Entry Pool. No separate application is required or submitted. Current Cut off is 430 - 450+ CRS

MANITOBA - MPNP

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) selects candidates for Manitoba immigration based on the province’s specific economic needs. The program’s aim is to be flexible to Manitoba’s labor market and broader economic priorities

The MPNP for Skilled Workers Overseas nominates applicants who demonstrate an established connection to Manitoba through:

​

• the support of family members or friends;

• through previous education or work experience in the province; or

• through an Invitation to Apply received directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative. or

• You have a job offer from Manitoba.

​

The last points cutoff for overseas workers without job offer but strong family or friends support was 686.

ALBERTA - AINP

The Alberta Express Entry Stream allows Alberta to nominate a limited number of qualified candidates from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Express Entry system.

Based on available profile information in the Express Entry portal, Alberta may select candidates and send them a Notification of Interest letter in their federal Express Entry profile. This information is self-declared by candidates in the Express Entry pool.

​

You may receive a Notification of Interest letter if you:

​

• Have an active Express Entry profile in the federal Express Entry pool

• Have stated an interest in immigrating permanently to Alberta

• Are working in an occupation that supports Alberta’s economic development and diversification, and

• Have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 300.

If you have one or more of the following adaptability factors, this may increase your likelihood of receiving a Notification of Interest letter:

• Alberta job offer and/or work experience

• A graduate of a Canadian post-secondary institution

• A relative that is living in Alberta: parent, child, brother and/or sister

SASKATCHEWAN - SINP

The SINP is only one of the steps toward becoming a permanent resident in Saskatchewan. All approved applicants must also apply for residency through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Canadian Immigration Commission.

The SINP can nominate skilled workers who want to live and work in Saskatchewan. You'll need to meet the SINP criteria and have factors that will help you settle successfully in Saskatchewan, including but not limited to: education, skilled work experience, and English or French Language ability.

​

There are two streams through which one can apply for nomination:

​

1. International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand

2. International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry

In both the steams, one needs to meet 60 points eligibility criteria. However, in the OID category, you can apply without valid Express Entry Profile even. 

PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND - PEI PNP

The PEI PNP offers immigration streams for candidates in the government of Canada’s Express Entry pool, as well as skilled workers (currently working in PEI or outside Canada), graduates of local higher education institutions, and for business immigrants who want to operate a business in PEI.

The PEI Express Entry stream is a key part of the PEI PNP, notably because nearly any candidate in the Express Entry pool can submit an Expression of Interest. As with all Express Entry-linked PNPs, successful applicants obtain 600 additional Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points, resulting in an invitation to apply (ITA) at a subsequent Express Entry draw.

After having valid Express Entry Profile, you may submit an Express of Interest Application for PEI with minimum 50 points criteria. Very few are selected in PEI throughout the year as per the statistics.  

NOVA SCOTIA - NSNP

Through the NSNP, prospective immigrants who have the skills and experience targeted by Nova Scotia may be nominated to immigrate.

There are THREE major categories through which the applicant may get a nomination.

​

1. Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry

2. Occupations in Demand

3. Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities

The Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities stream selects candidates in the federal Express Entry system who meet the provincial labor market needs to apply for nomination. Only candidates who receive a Letter of Interest from the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration may apply. No separate application is required other than Express Entry Profile.

​

Occupation in Demand and Express Entry categories works with and without Express Entry Profile. For EEP, one needs to score 67 points while in OID category your occupation must be in Nova Scotia demands list. Both Categories are closed now. 

BRITISH COLUMBIA - BCPNP

British Columbia’s economic growth depends on having enough skilled and qualified people to meet labor market needs. The BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is a way for high-demand foreign workers and experienced entrepreneurs to gain permanent residency in B.C.

BCPNP is for those having Job Offer in BC. 

NEWFOUNDLAND & LABRADOR - PRIORITY OCCUPATIONS STREAM

The Priority Skills NL process is intended for individuals who have work experience in occupations in demand in Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as have a high level of education and language ability, and who wish to express their interest in either staying in or coming to the province and becoming a permanent resident of Canada.

To qualify under In-Demand Work Stream, you must have:
 

• must have worked in a specialized, highly-skilled, in-demand occupation for at least one full year in the last 10 years. A list of in-demand occupations can be found here >>
