Ontario to Invite more Candidates for PR by 2022.

Ontario, the second largest province of Canada, located in east-central Canada that borders the U.S. and the Great Lakes. It is a dream destination for all the prospective Immigrants, hosting the city of Toronto, the heart of Canada.
Government of Canada has given the provinces, the authority to recruit people from overseas and make them immigrate as per their market, economic requirements. The federally managed PNP allows participating provinces and territories to nominate a set number of Economic-Class immigration candidates each year for Canadian permanent residence. Likewise, Ontario offers its Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), which remained the most hot PNP program in 2019 and now, the province has announced that they will be inviting double number of immigration candidates for Canadian permanent residence through Canada’s Provincial Nominee Program. The province would like to increase its allocation under the Provincial Nominee Program, or PNP, from 6,650 this year to 13,300 in 2022. Provincial Nominee Program is considered by easier than the federal program because of low IELTS requirement and their consistency of inviting more and more people. The PNP’s admissions target for this year is 61,000 new permanent residents, which is an increase of 6,000 over the 2018 target of 55,000.
Provincial Nominee Programs are the great opportunity for all the aspirants out there, worried about their low IELTS, low CRS score or in other words not meeting the FSW program requirements. They should get into the pool at earliest, considering the hot trend of PNPs of provinces like Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan etc. Source: CIC News
