NEW PARENT AND #GRANDPARENT SPONSORSHIP SYSTEM WILL BEGIN ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS IN COMING WEEKS.
The sponsorship program will be selecting significantly more applications than in recent years, and is shifting from a lottery system to a first-come, first-served system. The lottery system of the past two years meant sponsors would be selected at random to submit applications.
